 The premium Caravan Wheel alignment systems we have put together comes from over 40 years experience in both light vehicle and truck Wheel alignment. We have tested it on hundreds of caravans of different makes and models here in Rockhampton over the last couple of years and am pleased with its ease of use and diversity 

The system is a cross between car and truck alignment equipment along with our own modifications to make it a perfect solution for caravans

The system utilizes laser and self-centering chassis frames to get a very accurate toe and thrust reading ,along with a two decimal point camber reader all of the highest quality, A functional adjustable wheel frame that will adapt to all caravan rims we have seen 

The system can be checked and calibrated by the user as often as they require in minuets so no need to send equipment away for calibration 

We have a very descriptive software package that can also help the operator with checking his work ,along with hands on training by myself in Rockhampton for any level of experienced operator

There is a tips and tricks section in the software covering many different makes and models made up of real life caravan aligning experiences by myself 

The system comprises of 

4 heavy duty wheel frames with mag adaptors and rim runout calibration

A pair of self centering chassis frames with drop arms ,targets and extension arms

A set of magnetic chassis frame mounts ( For hanging chassis frames) 

A hitch kit

Adjustable rechargeable laser module with wheel frame mount that can be easily calibrated by the operator

A two decimal point battery operated camber reader with Bluetooth and wheel frame mount that can also be checked and calibrated by the operator                                                                                                                    A set of four aluminum slip plates

A handy trolly to keep everything together

A dedicated Android phone for Bluetooth connection to the camber reader  and an app that gives the operator a guide to the target settings required

         Training in Rockhampton including a training manual written by myself covering all you will need to know about caravan alignment and operation of the equipment 

A two year subscription to the software package that really gives an informative description of your work to your customer that they will understand ( the system can be used with or without it so you can make your own decision on the renewal )

Back up phone support by myself and the software designer Mick (private mobile numbers )

We charge $265 for a single axle alignment and $ 295 for a tandem and for me they rarely take more then an hour, some places like truck alignment shops charge much more in the vicinity of $600 and if you are interested in adding caravan repairs to your operation or expanding the ones you already have then the suspension and bearing work generated by wheel alignment is endless 

Yes you can use levels and strait edges or wheel to wheel alignment systems to do some sort of alignment but if you look at my Facebook page (link located at top and bottom of page) you can see some of the horrid outcomes i have corrected over time to both new and used vans . The accuracy and professionalism of a wheel to chassis alignment system can not be achieved with other systems ,shooting a laser over the length of the van and then dividing the outcome by that distance instead of doubling any inaccuracies gives a very accurate thrust and toe reading as does adjusting wheel runout utilizing the laser, this is the reason I have put this system together to make caravan wheel alignment something professional, accurate and as streamlined as possible for the operator and put you ahead of your competition
